Shipping and returns

The short version: we ship fast, with tracking, to the address on your PayPal payment, and if something arrives damaged we make it right.

Shipping

    Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Portland, Oregon, by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

  2. 2

    We ship only to the address on your PayPal payment. To change it, update the address in PayPal before we ship.

  3. 3

    Tracking is added to your PayPal order as soon as the label is created.

Returns and damaged items

    Unused candles can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; return shipping is on us.

  2. 2

    Burned candles can't be returned, unless they arrived damaged or not as described.

  3. 3

    If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund it.

Something wrong with an order?

Write to us at hello@wickandember.example with your order number, and a photo if it arrived damaged. Most problems are quicker to fix by email than through a PayPal case.
